Connie is bar non the best trainer! She takes a personal interest in each one of her clients. She has helped me beyond my expectations.

Connie is the BEST trainer. During COVID I had gained 60 pounds which took a toll on my mental and physical health. Connie has helped me become comfortable in my own skin again and feel better mentally. I have lost weight, but still have more to go to get to my goal weight and I am not giving up. Just yesterday I was able to put on shorts that I haven’t worn once since I bought them last summer. I am a part of the kick boxing classes and the strength training classes and I absolutely would recommend both to everyone. The classes are all women and usually at the maximum six people in person. You basically are getting quality personal training while taking the classes. Connie does the moves with us and corrects our form. She pushes us to do better and push ourselves constantly. She also charges for packages instead of how gym memberships charge. You only use your classes when you intend instead of paying for a month and only going half the days. Connie also makes everyone feel like her friend. She is so friendly and personable. There’s also challenges that go on as well. For $25 you join the challenge for eight weeks and you push yourself to make the most progress. You want to make sure you’re getting your water intake, eating healthy, and doing your daily exercises. At the end of the eight weeks, your measurements are compared to the start of the challenge and whoever makes the most progress gets a cash prize. It is such a good incentive. Connie also enters your name into a draw for attendance and you could win free classes or gift cards. Ultimately, I HIGHLY recommend CG training to everyone.

I've worked with Connie for many years and have found long-term success! She continues to upgrade her professional certification and therefore is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and is able to make exercise an enjoyable experience. She really loves her job and it shows! She takes a great deal of time getting to know her clients and work with them to develop an individual plan. Her workouts are thoughtful and change as each client reaches a new goal. For those just beginning their fitness journey, to those who have been working out for years, CG Training is a great fit!

At CG training you receive expert training advice and encouragement in a non-judgmental atmosphere. I would recommend CG training for anyone wanting to strive for success!
