AB ATTACK CLASSES

HI-LO KICKBOXING

CORE/KICKBOXING

DETAILS:

Abs/Kickboxing- 60 minute mix of core work (abs, glutes) and kickboxing

Kickbox Bootcamp- 60 minute mix of kickboxing/sculpting

Ab Attack- 30 minute core workout

Group Strength- 60 minute work out with weights in a group setting

Hi-Lo/ Kickboxing-60 min of high intensity plyometrics/low intensity movements Mixed with Kickboxing

Cardiostrength/Kickboxing- mix of cardio,weights and full contact kickboxing
