I offer a full contact Kickboxing program with partner work using focus pads and partner combinations, core work and cardio drills
Classes are ongoing (join anytime), pricing as follows for full course payment in advance:

12 classes = $90.40 or $7.53/class*

20 classes = $113.00 or $5.65/class*

25 classes = $129.95 or $5.20/class*
*All prices include HST
Drop-ins can be accommodated with advanced notice for $10.00 per class
Class times as follows:
Monday and Wednesday mornings from 10 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m
