I offer One hour Strength Training classes to help you strengthen, tone, speed metabolism, boost overall strength and muscular endurance to improve movement and daily tasks. Focus on stretching to finish

Class times as Follows:

Wednesday night 5:15-6:15 p.m. OR Saturday morning 9:30-10:30 a.m.

Pay per class or get a package and save money:

  • 1 class= $7
  • 12 classes= $ 74.58 ($6.22/class)* includes HST

(I also offer 30-minute core classes for 10 classes for $45.20 * includes HST)
