However, when it comes to working out with a professional, clients may have a ton of questions about personal training but may find it tricky to get all the answers that they’re seeking.

1. Do I need experience to train?
No, you do not! The idea behind a personal trainer is that they teach you everything you need to know about training. As a result, it will help you to build a strong foundation to continue progressing at your own pace.
2. How much time do I need to commit?
I usually tell people they would need to train two to three days a week with me and spend at least two days doing some activity independently. Keep in mind, that if you train less with me, you will have to do more on your own, and it may not be easy to motivate yourself over a sustained period.
3. What do I bring to a training session?
You should bring a good pair of shoes (preferably new or gently used), a water bottle, a towel., and your schedule to book future sessions. You should also wear comfortable form-fitting clothes if possible, as you don’t want loose clothing getting in your way.
4. What do I do if I have injuries?
I train people with minor injuries, and for those with previous injuries that have been rehabilitated with physio, I can show them appropriate exercises to help strengthen a specific area. However, if your injury is too extensive, I will refer you to someone else more qualified.
5. What are your payment options?
I accept debit, credit cheque, cash, and e transfer.
