The closure of fitness centers during COVID-19 has meant that many gym-goers have been left out in the cold. Along with the pandemic, other factors are also preventing people from finding the motivation to stay in shape.

However, regular exercise, combined with a good diet, and proper sleep are the key attributes needed to maintain a fit and healthy body.

1. Work/time restrictions for exercise 
One solution is to train before going to the office if you know you will be working late. If this is not possible, you can try to break down your activity into smaller amounts that you can do quickly but still feel accomplished. A personal trainer can help you to figure out what to do to keep you on track.

2. Little or no equipment 
Luckily, many forms of exercise can be done without weights, so you can start with walking or doing light cardio exercises in your basement. You can also look up a list of bodyweight exercises, which may seem easy but are still challenging. Try to improvise by using heavier objects around your house to hold or twist.

3. Family issues and responsibilities

It could mean your child does the dishes or your husband makes dinner on a particular night. You could also include your family in your fitness venture, which will make everyone healthier, and maybe create a closer bond.
