CG Training was using this time to renovate from wall-to-wall and ceiling to floor. CG Training has been in business since 2012. I opened CG Training after working at a gym for 8 years and deciding I would rather do it on my own where I could have more freedom as could my clients. I have slowly improved the space but now we were able to give it a full make over. We started with a new floor and 2 new windows and new front entrance. New cabinets were brought in to hold equipment to keep it neat and tidy. There is now more room for working out. I have invested in CG training because I believe there is a big need for smaller gyms or studios in the city of Windsor and my clients agree.
